KVH in the News

Kentucky Voices for Health Executive Director Jodi Mitchell started off 2011 being featured by three Lexington news outlets discussing the Affordable Care Act.

Jodi was scheduled to speak about the Affordable Care Act at a public forum to be held on January 11 in Lexington sponsored by the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department/Black Church Coalition.

Although the forum was postponed due to weather, Jodi was interviewed about the Affordable Care Act by WKYT 27, the CBS affiliate in Lexington, in a story that appeared on January 10 (click here to watch the story online).  Jodi was also interviewed about the new reform law on January 9 on the Key Conversations Radio Program airing on 1580AM in Lexington.  Lexington-Herald Leader columnist Merlene Davis also featured Jodi in a January 9 column about the forum and the Affordable Care Act (click here to read the column).

The new date for the forum has not yet been announced.
