Chang, Kentucky Director of Advocacy for the American Heart Association, appeared on WTVQ, the ABC affiliate in Lexington, along with Kentucky Public Health Commissioner Dr. William Hacker to discuss options for quitting smoking.
Medicaid coverage of smoking cessation services, a priority of Kentucky Voices for Health, was funded statewide by the 2010 Kentucky General Assembly.
