KVH Wins Healthcare Advocacy Award

 

Kentucky Voices for Health was awarded the Seven Counties Services Healthcare Advocacy Award on March 29 at the 5th Annual MediStar Awards, A Medical News Signature Event. 
 
The Seven Counties Services Healthcare Advocacy Award is presented to an individual or organization that is an effective advocate at the local, state, or national level concerning issues such as, but not limited to, access to care initiatives that support healthy lifestyles. Other finalists considered for this award were Appriss & Baptist Health Network for Appriss Clinic and Elizabeth Doyle, MD, Physician with Norton Physician Services.

 

The MediStar Awards were established in 2007 as the Louisville region’s premier venue for recognizing excellence in the business of healthcare.  The Seven Counties Services Healthcare Advocacy Award is one of eight awards presented to the “best of the best” in the Louisville region.
