Latest Health Legislation in
With 13 days down in the 2010 legislative session and 47 legislative days to go, several new health bills were filed in the Kentucky General Assembly last week. Two of the bills are responses to the proposed federal health legislation in that they would prohibit the requirement that any person “participate in health care systems”.

Pediatric abusive head trauma: require training in prevention and recognition for various parties, including guardians ad litem and foster parents. | |

Constitutional amendment: “21st Century Bill of Rights;” provide that no law shall compel persons to participate in health care systems. | |
